We were upgraded to a bridal suite and the room was excellent
What let the hotel down was a friends steak was cold and sent back and was still cold, on the 2nd night he had a burger which was burnt and he sent this back, my wife's burger was cremated also.
However, my food was good.
The restaurant manager never came over to speak to us about the food issue which I felt was poor.
If the food had been better and the staff more welcoming it would have been a good place to stay.
The breakfast was very good and the staff on duty then were very nice and helpful.

A lovely relaxing break. Our room was spacious and very comfy, the staff were polite and efficient. The food was good although breakfast was a different experience due to covid regulations. The hotel was close to Evesham and Worcester.

Although I had explained that the reason for my visit was to celebrate the 70th birthday of my partner, who also stayed at the hotel, there was no added embellishments to make it feel special. The Covid regulations do not help with the atmosphere at the moment. I have stayed at other hotels in the chain in the area previously and although they were cheaper, they were by far a better professional experience.
