Beautiful hotel in great location
My daughter & I had a night here to celebrate her birthday. We loved the hotel, the layout was comforting & relaxing with lots of little snug areas to enjoy. The room was good with super comfy bed. Staff were great, friendly & welcoming. The spa with the massage was fantastic, a really lovely space with one of the best massages BUT the pool area is awful... far too cold in air & pool temperature. I won't say anything else about this a I do believe it is having a complete refurbishment, look forward to it's completion. Our evening meal was outstanding in every way, food you dream of eating again, also the cocktails were inventive & made a change to the ordinary selection.Can't wait to come here again.
Wonderful stay in the New Forest
Wonderful base in the heart of the New Forest, plenty of walks on good paths directly from the hotel. Staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly, food and service in the restaurant was excellent. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and looking forward to staying again.
