About this property

Despite its festive name, dog-friendly Christmas Cottage based in Berkshire is a wonderful escape with your canine companion at any time of the year. This delightful cottage tucked away down a picturesque country lane leading to a local church, is elegantly decorated with a combination of contemporary furnishing and beamed ceilings. In the winter months, you can relax next to the wood fire and in summer, sit and enjoy the sunshine in the pretty courtyard garden. Christmas Cottage makes for a delightfully cosy and charming stay.

Dine with Your Dog

The pretty and spacious kitchen is well equipped, so if you are inspired by local master chef Heston Blumenthal, you will have everything you need on hand. For the real deal, the cottage owners offer preferred bookings at one of the famous Michelin star local restaurants such as The Fat Duck and The Waterside Inn – perfect for a celebration or special occasion. Gastropubs The Hinds Head and The Crown are just a few short steps away for more gourmet experiences.

Bow wow factor

Has to be the cottage owners’ two lovely Labradors – Sambuca and Truffle – who are always keen to join you for a walk!
