Excellent, relaxing post Christmas break
This is a beautiful location and the hotel is run along the lines of an independent that really cares about the enjoyment of it's customers.The grounds are also absolutely stunning, even in the depths of winter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Beware, however - not booking dinner on our second (Saturday) night when our package included a bottle of wine with dinner was a mistake. We could not be accommodated in the restaurant as it was fully booked when we checked in. We were told that we would be able to eat in the bar and would not need to reserve a table. However, when we arrived, every table was full. We were directed to the Great Hall, which though beautiful, was cold and completely empty. Also - we could not have dinner, only bar snacks or the room service menu. We decided that eating in our room was a better bet. At this point, our order was taken, a complimentary drink offered and our meal delivered promptly. The staff couldn't do enough to help and that softened the blow somewhat.but it did mar a lovely stay.

We stayed in the deluxe sweet, which overlooked the grounds. We were lucky enough to have sunshine which made the views that much better. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, food was amazing.
If you're looking for a romantic get away, then this is the place.

Regrettably, Danesfield House does not currently have Electric Vehicle charging points at the hotel. However there are EV charging points just 5 minutes away in Marlow town centre at Pound Lane Car Park.

FROM M4
Exit J7 at next roundabout and turn left onto A4 (Bath Road). First right at traffic lights to mini-roundabout, turn right. Straight across traffic lights. Proceed until mini-roundabout. Turn left, take first right into Grove Road. Burnham Beeches Hotel is 200 metres on the right-hand side.
FROM M40
Exit J2 on A355 Southbound to Slough. After Farnham Sommon, turn right at the second of a pair of mini roundabouts onto Farnham Lane towards Burnham. Turn right at next mini-roundabout onto Britwell Road. Turn right after 100mt into Grove Road. Burnham Beeches Hotel is 200 metres on the right-hand side.
