Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms and welcoming and helpful staff.
A relaxing ,welcoming get away. Been before will go back.
We needed a relaxing break where we knew we would be looked after the Devonshire Fell was perfect.
As a dog friendly hotel we could take Alf ( border terrier) to enjoy the Dales as well
Lovely stay
My wife and I booked a weekend break, although the weather was terrible we had a lovely relaxing break. Tea, Chocolate and a coffee machine in the room and a lovely packet of biscuits also local bottled water is supplied in the room.
The room was clean and a decent size. fresh towels and nice smelling soaps/conditioners/shower gel.
The staff could not have done more if they had tried. Every request was catered for.
The food was excellent and everything fresh made and locally sourced.
Pleased to see that Dogs were made very welcome too even though we didn't take ours with us we are dog lovers and so it seems are the staff of the hotel.
My only grudge was they are card only
