Lovely safe stay
Very friendly, helpful staff - nothing is too much trouble.
The hotel is very well organised in terms of Coronavirus safety - good distancing observed in the restaurants, masks and sanitiser provided in the room.
I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, rooms need thorough cleaning
Enjoyed a three night stay here for my husband s birthday. Staff were courteous, polite and friendly. Food was excellent. Although we had dogs so understood we wouldn t get a wonderful room, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room, number 7. There were cobwebs everywhere, dark furniture had a layer of dust covering it, and the bathroom had mould on all mastic. The attention to detail in the rooms was lacking too. It let down our stay, we probably wouldn t return, which is a real shame, as the location of the hotel, the building itself, the staff and the food was all very good. The other lovely thing we enjoyed was the very relaxed atmosphere, especially with regards to the dogs. At some hotels 3 dogs have been an issue, here they weren t at all which made the human s stay more relaxing too!
