Overview
First opened in 1788 The dog-friendly Globe in Warwick is situated on the corner of Theatre Street, between Warwick Castle and Market Place. In the early 1800s, this Grade II listed building became a theatre hosting pantomimes and plays, and until the 1960s was accessible via an iron bridge spanning a ravine-like street named The Holloway. Following a refurbishment in autumn 2018, today, it is a destination venue - ideal for a dog- friendly escape with boutique-style bedrooms, stylish furnishing and a dine with your dog option in the bar area. There are lots of dog walks from the doorstep and dog-friendly attractions nearby.

Chaotic!
Chaotic - staff didn't know what they were doing, neither did management
Review of The Globe,Warwick
The Globe was a lovely place to stay with polite, helpful and welcoming staff Everywhere was clean and tidy Our rooms were also clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable The restaurant meal was lovely and the price was very good as were the prices of drinks Breakfast was also good Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again
Nice and nearly very nice
The staff were brilliant throughout our stay, and couldn't have been more helpful.
The breakfast, and in fact all the food, was lovely. The bar and restaurant areas were clean, tidy and lovely areas.
The part that let it down were the rooms. We paid for the luxury room as part of our stay - that was the room at the top of the stairs where everyone coming and going has to walk past. The doors are paper thin, to the point you can hear the cleaner drop the handle on the mop bucket in a morning like its next to your head in the bed. The rooms just looked like they hadn't had that same touch as the rest of the building. The bathroom was dated. The shower over the bath, with a temperamental tap with an ever changing temperature.
The pictures of the rooms online would have suggested that the bathrooms looked to have been renovated, but not ours.
I was a little disappointed having had the top specification room. It is for the quality of the room alone that i would not stay again. I cannot fault any other parts of our stay
