This hotel was acceptable - the bathroom in our 4 poster room was very basic , certainly not luxury. Location not as good as we expected as we could not get an Uber into the city and had to drive to the park and ride where buses into the city only left every hour.
Castle needs some TLC and the restaurant not as good as expected reached via a dark passage and then into the cellar. Food was ok but with a little more thought experience could be better eg water was provided at the table in a carafe with no ice or lemon.
Staff were all very nice and service was good.
