DART

A beautiful, first floor Junior Suite, with a large balcony overlooking the front and side garden of the hotel: Perfect for enjoying a G&T before dinner, or a summer breakfast al fresco. The room has a sumptuous six-foot bed and two comfortable armchairs. Elegant, antique furniture compliments the old-fashioned wooden beams and panels. The granite tiled modern bathroom has a large bath with separate walk in.

HARBOURNE

At the top of the house with views front and back the newest suite boasts a luxury cast iron tub tucked in the corner with separate shower room too. With exposed vaulted ceiling this lodge style room is spacious and comfortable and can easily accommodate families. For groups wanting their own private part of the hotel this can be booked with the next door Superior King room, “Lemon" to form a private floor for up to 6 guests. With air conditioning, 42" TV and LED lighting this stunning room is a favourite.

This spacious ground floor room benefits from its own private deck overlooking the River and garden, private parking space and large walk in shower/wet room. Situated in the Teign Wing adjacent to the main hotel this room is perfect for enjoying the peaceful scenery and direct access to the great outdoors. The Wing is a small annexe, accessible through the courtyard (less than 10m from the main hotel). There is ramp entry to Avon and is described as being mobility friendly rather than adapted for disabled use which does not detract at all from its stunning decor. We advise guests with disabilities to contact us for detailed information before booking
