With the inclusion of the Yoga Studio and Kitchen Garden, the estate transforms into an ideal setting for intimate gatherings, whether it's a reunion with family, a gathering of close friends, or a celebration of those rare special occasions that deserve to be cherished. The main house, thoughtfully designed, promises a comfortable retreat for six individuals. The bedrooms are spaces of serenity, each offering a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep.

The communal areas, including a spacious sitting room and a charming conservatory, provide an inviting atmosphere for shared moments and lively conversations. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring that culinary endeavours become a delight for all. The shower room, designed with modern amenities, caters to the convenience of every guest.

Step beyond the main house, and the Yoga Studio and Kitchen Garden beckon as independent spaces, adding a touch of luxury and versatility to your stay. The Kitchen Garden, a modern marvel, hosts a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with modern conveniences, including a built-in washing and drying machine, and a dishwasher for added convenience. Doggies Rule & Doggie Rules:

The pet-friendly guidelines have been thoughtfully crafted to ensure a pleasant experience for both pets and their owners during their stay. The property requests that dogs, if allowed on furniture and beds, are washed before entering to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere. What distinguishes these properties is their unique status as not only pet-friendly but essentially a residency welcoming both pets and humans. The accommodation provides a Canine Concierge service, offering pet sitting with a two-week notice, along with amenities such as Charley Chau dog beds, bowls, towels, and hidden balls scattered around the estate for the enjoyment of furry guests.

Positioned on an island renowned for its dog-friendly ambiance, the estate permits pets on all beaches and encourages scenic walks along the cycle track leading to Cowes and/or Newport. In consideration of wildlife, access to the private lake is restricted for both dogs and humans. Although the estate is enclosed, precautionary measures such as using a lead are recommended due to the riverfront and potential rabbit holes. Dogs are advised to have swimming proficiency if near water. Emphasizing wildlife preservation, the property kindly requests the use of leads for animals displaying aggression.
