With it's enclosed, sunny garden, up to three dogs are welcome, giving it the bow-wow appeal! Country canines will love stretching their legs in the enclosed sunny garden as well as the two-acre fully secure meadow which even has a smaller section for nervous or older dogs to exercise on their own. Woodfarm House A step back in time of more than 500 years offers character and charm. The heart of the farmhouse is the huge kitchen with its cast iron range cooker. The lounge is light and spacious, with an inglenook fireplace and Italian furniture beyond a dining room. Upstairs, a four-poster bed, dressing room and a bathroom with a gorgeous, roll-top clawfoot bath are waiting. Guests enter through a kitchen door and find themselves confronted by the large, modern farmhouse kitchen with its range cooker, butler sink, and a large, wooden table for gathering. The hallway gives access to the sitting room that boasts an inglenook fireplace, while the snug dining room is down the hall. Centuries-old oak beams can be found throughout the dwelling. Because it's old, tall people might bash their heads at certain points. A rather kooky flight of stairs from the lounge leads to the bedroom with its king-sized bed, dressing room and bathroom with amazing roll-top slipper bath. All heating for Woodfarm House is included in the price, plus logs for the open fire available at cost. The house is always heated for houseguest comfort. Outside is a private courtyard garden with a luxury hot tub in an 'indoor-outdoor' room, a charcoal BBQ and dining table and chairs for al fresco eating, as well as an outdoor shower directly next to the hot tub. At Woodfarm House accommodation is dog-friendly, with an enclosed kitchen garden and a shared two-acre meadow for dogs to run and play. Alongside the meadow is an enclosed lawn/paddock for dogs that are 'long in the tooth' or shy and nervous. In the remote countryside, Woodfarm House is located down a country lane, just a short walk from the village, with free bikes and Wi-Fi.
