Where to shop with your dog this Christmas 🛍🎄🐶

Dogs enjoy all the excitement of Christmas just as much as we do, so why not take your best furry friend with you for a spot of Christmas shopping! The good news is that this Season there have never been more shops and department stores that are embracing dog-friendliness – Peter Jones, Space NK, Liberty and Zara to name but a few.

But to avoid the crowds we advise shopping early in the morning, followed by coffee or lunch at one of London’s many dog-friendly cafes. Here are some of our favourite pet-friendly shops that welcome canine companions.

Liberty London

Arguably the most stylish store in London, Liberty welcomes well behaved dogs of any size. Housed in a beautiful Tudor revival building the store is filled with a curated collection of  fashion, jewellery, candles, perfume, handbags and gorgeous gifts. And not only that, they also sell beautiful Liberty print dog coats in jewel colours as well as delightful doggie hampers too!

Peter Jones & John Lewis

Two years ago the John Lewis group lifted their dog ban and now all their stores welcome pets. Shop here for games, toys, tech, Christmas decorations and cards. They also have a restaurant, cafe and espresso bar. If our recent visit was anything to go by, your dog can expect a fabulous welcome here.

Zara, Duke of York Square, Chelsea

Dogs of all shapes and sizes seem to gather at this branch of Zara. Buy your Christmas jumper, sparkly dress, children’s clothes, hats, scarves as well as homeware items here. And afterwards, take your dog to the Parisian style dog-friendly cafe, Colbert, on Sloane Square, or outside at Vardo.
