Cary Arms, Devon

Join the Cary Arms’s Christmas or New Year’s Eve house party with your best friend in tow at this luxurious gastro-pub set above dog-friendly Babbacombe beach.  Your dog will be able to join you for Christmas lunch and whilst there you can indulge in relaxing spa treatments and lovely coastal walks with your best furry friend by your side.

The three-night Christmas house party package includes a Christmas cocktail party and Christmas Eve supper and after-dinner entertainment. On Christmas Day, enjoy a Champagne Christmas breakfast and a five-course Festive lunch followed by a delicious buffet and quiz night. After a light breakfast on Boxing Day, enjoy a day of walks or have a swim in the new pool. Depart after breakfast on December 27th.



The Bear of Rodborough, Gloucestershire

If you fancy a four-legged Christmas in the Cotswolds The Bear of Rodborough is the place!  Set amid 300 acres of National Trust land, this former 17c coaching inn is quirky, cosy and super dog-friendly – renowned for its excellent food it is situated on Rodborough Common with rambling hills and fabulous dog walks on the doorstep. Their Christmas package includes a three-night stay includes a traditional breakfast each morning,  afternoon tea, champagne and four-course dinner on Christmas Eve followed by Midnight mass, hot chocolate and cookies.  On Christmas Day enjoy Bucks Fizz and present opening by the fire followed by a traditional Christmas lunch. On Boxing Day there’s brunch and a four-course dinner with musical accompaniment by a harpist. Incredibly good value for money and booking fast.



The Eastbury Hotel and Spa, Dorset

For a luxury stay at a truly dog-loving hotel, we recommend the Christmas House party package at The Eastbury.  Located in the charming market town of Sherborne, the Eastbury is stylish, friendly with a fabulous gourmet restaurant as well as a sauna, mini gym, steam room and treatment rooms plus doggie walks from the doorstep.  On Christmas Eve start your stay with complimentary sloe gin followed by a Christmas Eve cocktail party and supper. Spread Eagle, East Sussex

One of our favourite dog-welcoming hotels, the Spread Eagle is set in the historic town of Midhurst and one of the oldest coaching inns in existence lends itself perfectly to being decked to the nines for Christmas. With wonderful comfort food, roaring log fires and a tail-wagging welcome for Fido who could ask for more. Their four-legged Christmas package begins on Christmas Eve with a full afternoon tea, canapes and carols on Christmas Eve, breakfast, traditional lunch and buffet supper on the day with a full English breakfast on Boxing Day and no doubt a sausage or two for Fido.  There’s a menu of dog walks plus swimming pool and spa.



The Armathwaite Hotel and Spa, Lake District

With a fabulous location on the Bassenthwaite Lake, dog-friendly  Armathwaite Hall is set on a private estate with 400 acres of grounds, views of Skiddaw mountain, a spa and fell walking for you and your pet.

Horn of Plenty, Devon

Situated in the stunning Tamar Valley, this recently renovated manor house hotel is four-legged heaven bordering on Dartmoor National Park and halfway between the North and South Coasts and with five acres of gorgeous grounds for your dog to play.
