We recently stayed here as part of their two-night New Years’ eve package and we were blown away. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and welcoming to dogs with a bed for them, bowls, a dog towel and access to the outside. The food was simply amazing and the manager took the time every day to stop, talk to and get to know all the guests. The location is simply beautiful and walking down to explore the town of Tewksbury provided a great stimulating walk for the dog and his humans.”

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying at the Jack Russell. What a stunning location – the food was absolutely gorgeous as was our room. Couldn’t fault it. They are certainly dog friendly and made such a fuss of all the dogs that were there, and provided a dog bowl and dog biscuit in the room which was a nice touch. Would definitely revisit.

“We stayed in the French Bulldog room and there was a seating area, large comfy bed and beautiful en-suite. There was a free bottle of doggie beer and dog biscuit which our Dachshund loved! Free tea and coffee with fresh milk and Tunnocks tea cakes! We were able to bring our dog to sit with us at breakfast and dinner, as well as in the bar area and all staff were incredibly friendly. The food and drink was incredible and there is a 5k walk that starts at the pub and has wonderful views. All in all, a fantastic break away!”

“From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we were made to feel so welcome. The room was perfect for us and our labrador Misty. It had a small outside balcony with an amazing view of the sea and although we had to walk through the hotel to take Misty ‘outside’ it was much less onerous than I imagined.
