Superb hotel
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Harry, the head waiter I the restaurant was so friendly and brilliant with kids. The hotel isn't cheap but you certainly get the care and hospitality you pay for at this hotel.. We will come again with family to visit Windsor Castle and Legoland (both in easy reach ) .
Mediocre. Not the quality expected.
Hotel staff were excellent. Really friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed with quality linen but lacked the extra touches to make it special. Quality bathroom products. Only two coffee pods provided and alternative was cheap sachets of low quality instant coffee. Quite tatty in places, particularly the grounds which looked unkempt in places. Spa was very disappointing. Changing rooms were dirty, shower curtain mouldy, unable to shut the lockers as no keys. No robes provided so no option but to change in the spa rather than in room. No shampoo or conditioner provided just a poor quality shower gel. No private changing facility and only one small bench. Hot tub had broken tiles. Excellent breakfast but disappointing dinner. Would not recommend eating in the evening. Lift was out of order,
Lovely hotel, super high drinks/food cost
We had a lovely stay at Burnham Beeches, the room was magnificent, very luxurious. The staff are helpful and friendly but it's let down by the stupidly high cost of food and drink. 30 for a basic bottle of wine is a bit over the top and unfortunately the food quality did t match the standard of the hotel. A shame as it could have been the perfect stay.
