Bring your beloved canine to the table in the Atrium, bar, or to the terrace on a clear day. While dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms, quiet pups can snooze in your room while you eat. Valentines stay
Great stay on valentines 2026. Room was upgraded unexpectedly, which was a bonus. Lovely hotel and fabulous grounds. staff were very helpful.
Only issue is a few of the staff were very young and when ordering our steak one of them failed to ask how we wanted it cooked until prompted and also forgot steak knives. Might have been their first shift. Still very attentive and got it right in the end.

On a dog-friendly holiday at Fanham's Hall, there are plenty of activities to enjoy nearby with your furry best friend. Head to King's Meads Nature Reserve and enjoy tranquil riverside walks where you can watch the birds around the 237-acres. The peaceful Amwell Nature Reserve is also just 10 minutes away, where dogs on leads are welcome on designated paths.
Afterwards, visit Scott's Grotto, an intriguing Grade I listed subterranean shell grotto dating back to the 18th century! Of course, you have Ware High Street on your doorstep too, with many shops and independent cafes with outdoor seating. You'll find there are a range of welcoming dog-friendly pubs in the area, including The Waterside Inn and The White Hart, where you can unwind in a cosy atmosphere with a refreshment.
