Truly memorable
My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful romantic break at Lumley Castle in Durham, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything that was promised was delivered flawlessly. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The hotel's rich history, historic appearance, and intimate spaces made it both interesting and explorable, adding an extra layer of romance to our getaway. We had a great night's sleep in our cozy, comfortable room, and the lazy checkout was just what we needed to unwind and relax.

Stunning location, could walk through the woods for hours, so peaceful and relaxing. Room was very well equipped and spacious with a big comfortable bed. Restraunt was superb, food to die for with a great relaxing ambiance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a great 2 night stay
