Beautiful Castle and location
We love this hotel and stay here when passing through or visiting the area. This was our third stay in the hotel and have been impressed with the beautiful courtyard rooms we have stayed in. Each room has been beautifully decorated with extra touches that make the stay welcoming. The main castle has a lot of original character. The food and service was excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful
Family birthday weekend at Lumley Castle
I have to say we had an absolutely lovely time. The location was beautiful, and the Castle just amazing. Thank you so much to offpeakluxury for helping me find a suitable location for a special family weekend away, and organising everything. You guys were super helpful. I've never organised anything like this before, but you helped me enormously. My mum absolutely loved it, which is really what mattered. Thanks so much offpeaklixury, and to everyone at Lumley Castle. You were brilliant
Beautiful castle retreat
Stayed for 1 night at this lovely castle, staying in a courtyard superior room.
It exceeded our expectations actually as some of the TA reviews were indifferent.
It s quirky with history and positioned for many places to visit.
Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Grounds beautiful.
Breakfast was plenty full and tasty.
We will definitely return.
