Dinner disappointment
I have been to the hotel a few times including a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed it but this stay had to return a main course at dinner unfortunately. I ordered the chicken supreme which was very small & bone dry, served with two very small hassleback potatoes and a few corn kernels spread on the plate. I think the veg was celeriac but hardly any and when I asked when the veg was coming was told that was it. I asked it to be changed to the pork chop which my husband had already been served which they quickly did and it was enormous!
A nice weekend
We spent two nights at the Netherwood hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and meals excellent. We found our front facing room rather small but had superb views over the estuary; A superb location and convenient for the railway station and buses.
