The hotel bedrooms are tired and shabby and anything but luxury
Original room we were given was uninviting and dirty. The beds didn't link and the base didn't fit correctly. After we were told we couldn't be moved from our original room, Will, a most helpful employee moved us to an Executive room, after speaking to the duty manager on several occasions, which was a slight improvement however was not Executive. The lighting in both rooms was dim and the fittings were in need of repair. The coffee station was inadequate and stained. The breakfast was adequate but limited in choice. The food in the restaurant was good quality and the staff attentive. The staff need more empowerment to deal with customer issues.
Relaxed at Mosborogh Hall
We found our stay at MH extremely stressless and relaxing.
A warm welcome was followed by a tasteful room with a mammoth double bed.
A welcome free drink in the lounge was followed by a nice meal in the restaurant.
The staff were very caring and professional and we would like to single out Caitlin in reception who catered for our every needs and questions
We will definitely recommend our stay to our friends and, when in the area again, will return.
Thank you Great Western

Welcoming staff on arrival. Room passable. Bar tables all needed wiping and had to look
for a clean table. The menu was OK but 2 things were off so left not a lotif choice. We had turkey with all the trimmings, but the trimmings were stuffing. Had to ask for cranberry sauce and my husband didn't have pigs in blankets though I did
