Very nice hotel, excellent staff.
We arrived after a long drive and were welcomed by Natalie who was very helpful and friendly. We were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a suite..it was a real surprise. What a treat.
The bar was excellent and Matt made us a delicious cocktail.
Dinner was good and so was breakfast. Paulo always smiling as he worked.
Everyone was really nice and so helpful.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Reliable, no frills comfortable and hospitable hotel
We are occasional guests visiting our family in Derbyshire and find the hotel both convenient and a pleasant place to stay for a few days.
All in all, very satisfied
We were particularly impressed with the willingness of the staff to help in any way they could.
