You can dine with your dog at the Haycock Kitchen which offers a selection of menus that have been specifically created by renowned Executive Head Chef, Lee Clarke. Lee is a Michelin recognised Chef featured in the Good Food Guide as well as Hardens that reviewed Lee's cooking as Ç£innovative, very enjoyable and good value for the level of cooking and serviceÇØ. Lee and his team use quality ingredients and seasonal produce fresh from the hotel's gardens.
If however, after a busy day of dog walks, you would rather leave your dog in your room you could treat yourself to dinner at the celebrated Prévost restaurant. Passionate about sourcing high quality, local ingredients, Lee Clarke presenting them in a unique and creative way. Choose from the five or eight course dinner including dishes such as South Coast crab, roasted Venison loin and Roasted Cornish cod.

Luxury stay
Staff were extremely friendly The restaurant staff were very friendly and went that extra mile to make the whole experience wonderful. Room was excellent. Location was perfect.
Hotel not friendly or welcoming.
We went for three days for my wife's birthday on a specials weekend package and went for the deluxe room which I can say was not at all deluxe very basic with a very hard bed, bathroom was ok but would not say deluxe. The first evening we was booked into the restaurant and asked if 7.30pm booking was ok we did ask if we could change it to 7pm which they did. We was told to go to reception and let them know when we was ready to be seated and told to go into the lounge and get a drink as we was early which we did and she would call us nobody called us until 7.15pm we was seated and they sent us to a table and took our order we sat there and the restaurant started to fill up and people that had come in after us was being fed so by 8pm I asked when we should be receiving our starter and was told they would find out the gentlemen that took our order said there had been a mess up in the kitchen and ours had been missed and we should get food in the next ten minutes we ate at 8.30pm. The problem was there was two staff for the whole restaurant and not one of them noted that we was sitting there with no food - very bad service which rather spoilt the start of the weekend. The feeling in the hotel was not friendly and did not feel welcomed. We did eat away from the hotel and found some very friendly and enjoyable local restaurants. Such a shame.
Great two day stay in lovely hotel
Apart from poor staff attitude on first night in dining room all other aspects were superb. We received a further upgrade to stay in an excell3nt room.Reception ,bar staff and restaurant staff on night two were excellent,friendly and attentive.
