Overnight package stay at The Swan
This was a treat for a special birthday. Everything about our stay was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for staff to assist us in anyway required. The room was charming and well equipped. Food was delicious from afternoon tea to dinner to breakfast.
Can highly recommend the staff and treatments at the spa.
Beautiful Suffolk hotel
Fabulous pre Christmas weekend in a beautiful setting . Food amazing, staff very professional and hotel looking so festive for Christmas. Only complaint would be the menu was the same all 3 nights, which could be looked at. Really good value for money .
A luxurious relaxing stay
As is obvious from the above ratings our stay was greatly enjoyed by ourselves and the friend who accompanied us. Staff were all friendly and helpful, even reserving a car parking space close to the entrance as I am disabled. The spa, though quite expensive was a wonderful experience, and again, all the staff were pleasant and caring. The one thing we would have liked to see was a dinner menu that was changed every evening, although there was the option of choosing from the brasserie menu. We have also stayed on other four star hotels with a greater selection of breakfast foods served on a self serve basis, apart from the cooked items which we would prefer. However, this would not in any way put us off visiting again.
