We had a wonderful three night stay, the rooms were super along with the food/ wine and welcoming atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble and all staff were very happy to help, we would definately return

Faultless. Hotel and staff were extremely helpful. Loved the bar where the American US Army Airforce as well as RAF had their signatures with dates to commerate their service during 2nd world war and after.
Stayed in room 15 which was once housekeeping quarters and suppose to be haunted but nothing happened and the room was lovely and staff even turned our duvet covers and gave us a compliment chocolate swan treat and had a very good night sleep. Would definitely book again.6
Cosy Suffolk retreat
My husband and I spent 3 nights at the hotel for my birthday for a quiet relaxing break and it lived up to expectations. The hotel had a lot of charm located right in the middle of Lavenham. We found the staff very helpful, the food excellent and the bedroom full of old world charm.
