Birthday treat for myself & husband present from family
Loved our stay here lovely location friendly staff . Room was very nice but was on the side of building road was busy so a bit noisy on the Monday morning, we had an overnight package which included overnight stay with dinner & breakfast with champagne in our room which was lovely. The receptionist walked with us to show us to our room, the spa facility s were lovely & clean and the outside jet pool was very relaxing. The evening meal was very good & breakfast had a large selection to choose from so will definitely be going back.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff
The most relaxing break we've ever had
The wet weather didn't deter us from having the most relaxing short break that I can remember.
From the moment we parked the car (it didn't move until we left) & had such a warm welcome from the reception team everything went so smoothly.
We were shown to our recently refurbished double room and unpacked before heading to the spa.
It was as tranquil and lovely as the website suggests and I was impressed by the attention to detail and ambience as I enjoyed an hour or two of pampering.
Later we found the restaurant equally as good. Service and choice exceeded expectations.
We found there was plenty in Lavenham to see and do, it was a shame we were so well catered for at The Swan that we didn't sample the local tearoom, but did shop at the Butchers opposite before setting off for home.
