Sit back and Relax!
Our 2 day break at the Swan was a very welcome relaxing rest as we had recently recovered from
covid. The welcome, service, ambience and general "no rush" feel about the hotel was just what we
needed. The cream teas and restaurant menus were sublime. A special mention please for 2 members
of staff- Jade and a young man who seemed to be everywhere with a cheery disposition. (name
has slipped our ageing memories!)
Lavenham is quite beautiful and a good base to explore Suffolk.
A very historic hotel
We spent 3 nights at the Swan. This historic hotel, although so old, is wonderful.. The bedrooms have so many extras included, were spotlessly clean & beautifully appointed.
The staff could not have been more helpful or attentive, & both breakfast & dinner in the restaurant were exceptional. The menu was imaginative & excellent.
80th Birthday Celebration Stay
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 80th Birthday Celebration stay at The Swan in Lavenham. It was preceded by family gatherings at our home which were lovely but we enjoyed the relaxation and care we received during our stay. The staff were all solicitous of our needs and always happy to help in every way they could. Thank you for making our stay such a success.
