Enjoyable Stay with Friends

Been to the Swan twice before albeit few years ago. The hotel still has the same ambience, great staff and the feeling of luxury. Alas the bedrooms we had were a let down. As we were 4 friends enjoying time together we booked 2 twin rooms. They were dismal, so alas no luxury feeling, bedroom wise.

The Swan still has that special feeling, but the twin rooms must be sorted out

Lovely relaxing weekend

We had a lovely weekend at the Swan. The hotel and room was very clean and welcoming. All the staff were excellent. It was great to have a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. Our room was very nice but it wasn t possible to turn all the radiators off so we had to sleep with our windows open which was a bit noisy at times due to traffic . The lights in the bathroom could have been better particularly as the mirror and wall were slanted, it was challenging to put makeup on. A separate lit magnifying mirror on the wall that could be repositioned would remedy the situation. Really liked the spa. I thought the massage although good was very expensive but what really caused me anxiety was the girl had a cough and I felt she should have worn a mask during the massage.

Completely met Expectations

Swan asked for review a which I have done. Also asked for a Google review which I have done. I did not cut and paste, so do not wish to type again. You should be able to see it. Quite long and very positive. If anything, please combine with hotel review. I know you are a contractor, but to be expected to do a review for you as well, is unnecessary for the client unless you do it as a purposeful activity for your own part in the booking. To answer that, I just have to praise you for the help you gave me after my error in completing the original booking.
