There are lots of good things to say about this hotel - the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, the breakfasts and dinners are excellent, the ambience is lovely - particularly nice to have several smaller reception rooms and a lovely garden, but what makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. They were, everyone one of them, delightful, friendly, and helpful and I can t praise them enough! Two tiny niggles - the WiFi is very slow (first world problem!) and the menu is a little limited if staying for more than a couple of nights - it would help to have some specials that change daily. That said, the positives far outweigh the negatives and I would highly recommend this hotel
Terrific place to unwind and enjoy being spoilt
The Swan is a lovely characterful hotel in the beautiful town of Lavenham. The staff are friendly welcoming and eager to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Our 3 night stay included
dinner and breakfast in the fabulous Gallery restaurant where the food served is high quality. We also indulged in use of the Weavers Spa, where again the staff excelled in their service level.

All the staff were very friendly. Good excellent. Had a great massage in the spa and used facilities. Great parking across the road and a nice village for a wander. Thank you made our wedding anniversary soecial
