Three Swans Hotel, Market Harborough
Historic coaching inn with modern comforts, set in the heart of Market Harborough
Overview
The Three Swans is a traditional, dog-friendly Inn perfectly placed right in the center of the historic town of Market Harborough. This iconic building is a former 16th-century coaching inn and is as comfortable and elegant today as it was in its coaching heyday. It was so well-loved historically that it’s where King Charles I chose to visit back in 1645, the day before the famous battle of Naseby. The Three Swans once had its very own currency and one of its former landlords the intellectual John Fothergill was a good friend of Oscar Wilde. Today it still retains its old-world charm and offers a warm welcome to doggy guests, with dedicated doggy dining spaces and walks from the door. It offers all-day dining and an in-house coffee shop where your furry friend is welcome too.
