Town Hall Hotel

Set in the heart of the capital's vibrant East End, the award-winning dog-friendly Town Hall Hotel in London combines architectural splendour with cutting-edge design and a devotion to the pleasures of life. Originally opened in 1910 — the heyday of Edwardian architecture, the building reflected new confidence and wealth in the Borough, the property was completed by fine architects, craftsmen and artists. Now over a century later, discerning guests with their four legged friends will love its unique architectural details, with original wooden doors and ornate ceilings, imposing marble staircase and mid-century furnishings in this eclectic and vibrant part of town. Every room and suite has been individually designed — many retaining grand Edwardian period features and all are exceptionally spacious. Nearly all its 97 rooms are dog-friendly, of which 87 are suites with well-equipped kitchenettes. You can dine at the hotel's two Michelin star restaurant DaTerra, with its South American theme, sip on a cocktail at the plush Silk Weaver bar or if you wish to dine with your dog you can do so in the Assembly Lounge, a former meeting point for the Council. There are also plenty of dog-friendly restaurants and cafes nearby.

There is also a state-of-the-art fitness suite (including two premium Pelotons), as well as a gorgeous heated indoor pool in the basement. You'll love the heated swimming pool and fitness centre whilst Fido will enjoy the fantastic walks in the city parks. Just a short tube ride from Oxford Circus, the Town Hall is also handy for dog walks along the canal and in nearby Victoria Park. It is also close to dog-friendly Spitalfields Market and Columbia Road.
