Barking Bake Off: Delicious Doggy Ice Cream

Peanut Butter & Banana Dog Ice Cream Recipe 

 

We all know dogs LOVE peanut butter, but this fabulous frozen treat will be a new fido favourite. Made with peanut butter and banana, this absolutely mouth-watering ice cream is super easy to make and can be enjoyed by both you and your pooch! 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 400g ripe bananas, peeled
  • 900g plain yogurt, low-fat
  • 280g peanut butter, organic – Be sure to check that your peanut butter does NOT contain Xylitol, a sweetener that is extremely toxic to dogs!

 

“Hmm, I wonder what Mummy’s making this time…”

 

Method: 

  1. Add bananas, peanut butter, and yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze.
  4. Leave for three to four hours
  5. Enjoy!
