Not a 4 star hotel !!
Lovely location , good nights sleep are the positives
Negatives. Dirty Spa Robes , room needs attention broken bath panel , poor grouting , chipped sink
Unorganised staff ! Spa facilities saunas not working
But my massage was very good .
In my opinion not worth the money
Lacking Luxury Service
Staff training required particularly in restaurant
Although I paid 640 for two rooms back in December
2021, my friends and I were charged twice.
Then a credit was made to the wrong account.
Not enough attention is paid to detail and the younger staff in the restaurant need to be instructed in the correct way to serve and set out cutlery.
The bedrooms and bathroom are far too hot and need better ventilation. Whilst the food in the restaurant was of a good standard, portions were stingy.
Beautiful location and a beautiful hotel
Our room was lovely with a fabulous view and although clean could have done with a good spring clean (skirting boards were dusty and cobwebs between the window and secondary double glazing). Also light bulbs needed to be checked.
The staff are, mainly, lovely and the food is good. However the menu doesn t change nightly and after the fourth night we were a bit bored
