Dog-friendly Lympstone Manor is a luxury country house Hotel, Restaurant and Vineyard in Devon overlooking the Exe estuary and the Jurassic coast. You and your dog will feel totally pampered here with a choice of luxurious dog-friendly suites as well as six charming shepherd huts situated in secluded woodland at the bottom of the Lympstone Manor vineyard. Each room and suite is named after a bird of the Estuary, while each Shepherd hut is named after the woodland animals. A true gourmet destination, with acclaimed Michelin-star cuisine by Michael Caines, served in three stylish dining rooms.
The Lympstone Manor vineyard was planted in May, 2018 with 17,000 pinot noir, Meunier and Chardonnay vines to create a classic Champagne style English Sparkling Wine.It is envisaged that the first release of Lympstone Manor Cuvée will be in late 2023/2024 with a still Pinot Noir on early release for 2022. With sweeping views across the hotel's vineyard and Exe estuary, Lympstone Manor's heated outdoor pool spans 15mx5m and is surrounded by spots to soak up the sun and relax. A croquet lawn also nestles between the new pool and existing tennis court. Set slightly back from the pool is the new Pool House for more casual dining. Lympstone Manor is surrounded by 28 acres of gardens, grounds and parkland with access to the foreshore - making in the perfect playground for four legged friends.
The Lady's Walk is an historic circular route developed in 1760 extending around the boundary with access onto the shingle foreshore. All along the way, there is a collection of sculpture on display with wonderful works of art. The grounds feature the tranquil water gardens, the 11 acre-vineyard and a tennis court. Guests and their dogs can take a stroll around the ladies walk and explore Exmouth Beach, the quaint fishing villages of Lympstone and Topsham or to the historic Exeter City Quay. Located on the edge of Exmouth, just 20 minutes from Exeter, capital of Devon, it offers tranquility and beauty.

The stunning dog-friendly suites which include bed and bowl for furry friends are each named after a bird of the Exe Estuary. Every room and suite is wholly individual, taking its avian namesake as its interior design inspiration. Or stay in a charming Shepherds Hut situated in secluded woodland. Unique and luxurious, each shepherds hut is named after the resident woodland creatures and their habitats. Accommodation comprises a king-size bed (5'0Ç? x 6'6Ç?), an open-plan kitchenette and a lounge area with additional sleeping areas that have been engineered to disappear into the fabric of the Hut.

You can dine with your dog at the Pool House Restaurant & Bar will offers everything from brunch items, snacks and nibbles, as well as salads, pastas, local seafood and grilled meats cooked over coals, a selection of homemade desserts, in addition to an extensive wine and cocktail list. However we recommend sampling the exquisite cuisine of Michael Caines in the main dining room for a Michelin star experience. Michael is celebrated for his exciting, modern British cuisine that makes the best use of seasonal and local produce and ingredients from Devon and the Southwest and is a champion of the Southwest and its larder. He also draws influences from his travels around the world. As well as his Michelin star Michael also has five AA Rosettes for Lympstone Manor. Wine is also central to the Lympstone Manor experience with a cellar containing over 600 bins sourced from around the world.

Lympstone Manor stands in a commanding position overlooking the Exe estuary, surrounded by 28 acres of gardens, grounds and parkland with access to the foreshore. The grounds feature the tranquil water gardens, the 11 acre-vineyard and a tennis court. Your dog will love exploring the fantastic grounds of the hotel but for longer walks and adventures, Exmouth Beach is located a short distance from the hotel with parts of the beach dog-friendly year round. During the winter months, four legged friends are welcome to play along the entire beach that stretches across 2 miles of golden sands. Turn right out of the Exe Estuary cycle path and you will find you and your pooch discovering the Estuary fishing villages of Lympstone and Topsham. Walk a little further on and explore the Quayside of Exeter. Or why not take your pet on a train journey, with a station in nearby Lympstone connecting with Exeter and Exmouth? Woodbury Common is particularly popular with canine explorers.
