25th wedding anerversry
Lovely hotel, the concierge was superb. Only small gripe was menu was same both nights. Had a lovely time. Thank you.
Very special memories
Loved Lavenham, hotel great, I loved the hot tub, wish I had booked the spa treatments, I felt really spoilt, everybody was helpful, service, food, great. I think there should be a lift, but luggage taken to our room. The shop staff in Lavenham were friendly, helpful and a joy to shop. Great break away!
That little bit extra
We were there for my wife's Birthday and were made welcome as soon as we arrived at reception, the flowers and champagne were all delivered on time, the staff were great and the restaurant second to none, But there is always a but, on the Sat night 19/3/2016 we had a relative arrive unexpectantly from Ireland and we tried to get her on our table but we were told they were full, whilst we were eating two ladies came in with us and sat on a table for four, I'm sure it would have been easy to change. Other than that we would stay again.
