We informed reception, that we had a bad sleep as the double bed base had a smaller mattress so made it hard for to adults to have enough room for a decent sleep, the hotel noted this but did nothing, the hot tub was over 40 degrees so far to hot to get in, our meat on our meal was under cooked, when u are asked how u like it cooked and it comes back terrible we left the meat

The room for which we paid extra was poor. The noise levels both from the road due to poor secondary glazing and from the room upstairs was quite bad. The furnishings in The room were poor and there was a lack of mirrors. 5he bathroom was very good with high level of toiletries.
Disappointing
Heard many good things about this hotel. Staff very helpful and professional. Restaurant staff great but food slightly disappointing. Felt room was a little tired. 60 champagne included in package was sparkling wine and available on hotel menu for 38.
