Our top five for fido-friendly afternoon tea! ☕🍰

With Mother’s Day just around the corner, now’s the ideal time to book a delicious afternoon tea for you and your pet. So whether it’s to celebrate with your Mum, or to take your pet for a birthday treat or special day out, here are our top five fido-favourites. All of these include traditional afternoon tea and some even include a special doggie afternoon tea with a puppacino, pawsecco and treats galore!

 

Cliveden House, Berkshire
Just a short drive out of London, this historic hotel is the perfect place for afternoon tea with your Mum and fido by your side.  Enjoy a glass of champagne with your classic afternoon tea for £37, including freshly baked scones with clotted cream and finger sandwiches in the magnificent Great Hall. Afterwards take a stroll around the beautiful 376-acre estate.

 

The Egerton House Hotel, London
Pamper your pet and your Mum with a very special tea at the Egerton House in Knightsbridge, a small, luxury townhouse just around the corner from Sloane Square and dog-friendly Peter Jones department store. Enjoy a cream tea for just £18, each with homemade scones and clotted cream. Your pet can also enjoy the doggie tea, with gourmet doggie food for £25.

 

Widbrook Grange, Wiltshire
Take a drive out of town or book a two-night petaway at the super dog-friendly Widbrook Grange, in the heart of the countryside close to Bradford on Avon. You can indulge in a traditional afternoon tea in the conservatory with your furry friend by your side.  Afternoon tea is £50 and includes a variety of teas, freshly baked scones, red velvet cake, smoked salmon baby sandwiches and much more. Afterwards your dog can enjoy a run off the lead in Kensington gardens!

 

The Lygon Arms, Worcestershire
Take a spin out to this fabulous 16th-century former coaching inn in the gorgeous Cotswolds village of Broadway. Your dog can play Lord of the Manor whilst you enjoy a traditional afternoon tea for just £25 per person in the terrace lounge.  Enjoy fruit scones with clotted cream, classic finger sandwiches and a selection of pastries. Add a glass of champagne for £35!
