Originally devised in America in the early noughties, the notion of practising yoga with dogs (Doga) has swept the world ever since. A benefit of calming the senses for both dog and owner, this is also a wonderful bonding session.
“If there’s stress and tension in you, your dog may pick up on this”
– explains TV dog trainer Graeme Hall AKA The Dogfather in our live Instagram interview with him.
We are incredibly fortunate to be guided through a live Doga session by Norwich-based Yoga instructor, Grix Yoga. Dog mum to a Border Collie called Roxy, Rachel has instructed at Daylesford Organic Farm, Ministry of Sound and Frame Studios.
