The kitchen has a roll under sink and induction hob with the ease of a slide and hide oven, as well as an espresso machine for caffeine lovers. There is level access from the parking area and throughout the single storey properties. The bathrooms and en-suites are fitted with a roll in shower with split height shower doors for ease of use with grab rails and the sink can also be adjusted in height. The views can be enjoyed from both inside the properties where you can snuggle up in front of the log burner and outside in the seating area in the wild woodland garden. With views over the parkland and cattle grazing as your neighbours this is a stunning rural retreat. Both properties are interconnected through a garden gate for ease of use.

Well situated for attractions such as Rutland water with its 4200 acres of open countryside and nature reserves, with stunning walks, bird watching at the local nature reserve, fishing, rock climbing, high ropes, golf, crazy golf, boat trips, water sports including windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, Aqua park, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding during the summer. There are plenty of places to visit including Burghley House with its annual horse trials, 18 miles, Boughton House, Barnsdale Gardens, Sacrewell Farm, Rockingham Castle and Market towns slightly further afield including Oundle, Market Harborough and Melton Mowbray. Designed to meet the highest standard for accessibility including strobe smoke alarms, accessible taps, safe temperature towel rails, roll in showers, adjustable height wash basins and accessible kitchens. A shower wheelchair is available for guests who would find it helpful (please let us know when you book). If you have any specific accessibility needs please be in touch with us and we will do our best to help. Nonslip luxury vinyl tile flooring over under floor heating throughout both properties. Please let us know if you require lowered wash basins so we can adjust prior to arrival. The Old Stables UK37000 has one king sized electric profiling bed with height adjustment in bedroom 2 with a shared bathrooom. Please note that until 30 June 2024 we will building a new property next door to The Tack Room, if this causes you a concern please let us know within 24 hours of booking. Our builders are excellent, they work 8-5 Monday to Friday and the site is tidy, but the garden is NOT dog proof as a result of gates being open and the site being across a shared drive way.
