Individually decorated the bedrooms and suites in the Cloisters are all pet friendly. Your dog will be welcomed with a bed, bowl and a few little treats (it is a holiday after all!). The Cloisters is reached across a pretty courtyard and the rooms overlook a Cloisters garden with lily ponds and borders. All the rooms are on the ground floor.

There are two fabulous restaurants to choose from. The Michelin starred Tudor Pass offers a truly fine dining experience in an intimate setting of only seven tables whilst The Estate Grill is a larger contemporary restaurant serving simpler dishes. Prior reservations are essential. Four-legged friends are welcome to join you on the terrace for some al-fresco dining in good weather or join you in the Cocktail Bar. Alternatively they can relax in your room whilst you indulge in a delicious meal!
The hotel also offers a doggy afternoon tea where your dog can enjoy their own three tiered stand of doggy treats alongside your own slightly more refined stand afternoon tea sandwiches, scones and cakes!

Great Fosters is set amongst 50 acres of formal gardens and parkland, perfect for spontaneous walks with your pooch in tow! There is much to do in the surrounding area, with a wealth of historic, scenic and sporting attractions on the doorstep. Visit Great Windsor Park with its lake, woodlands and gardens for short and long strolls with your best friend. The Thames is also a perfect dog walking spot - park at historic Runnymede and venture west towards Windsor or east towards London. There are plenty of nearby pubs who welcome dogs including the Rose & Crown in Thorpe, The Bailiwick in Englefield Green (and right next door to Windsor Great Park) and The Fox & Hounds.
