There are two dog-friendly smart rooms, a plush room, two traditional ones, two junior suites and two garden suites to choose from. All Lainston House’s suites and bedrooms have been individually designed and styled so that no two are the same. All the rooms feature grand four-poster beds, panoramic views, rain bar showers and either a roll top or spa bath. Each room also has a pillow menu so you can choose the type of pillow to suit you! Pet bowls and beds provided.

Smart Guest Room

Smart bedrooms are beautifully decorated and all have walk-in showers. These luxurious country house hotel rooms are mostly located in the Chudleigh Court area and offer outstanding comforts. Ideal if you want a little more space.

Plush Guest Room

Plush bedrooms are modern and stylish while maintaining the charm and feel of an English country house. Located mostly in the main house, many have feature spa baths or rain bar showers. Perfect for a sneaky weekend away.

Traditional Junior Suite

Traditional Junior suites are just that: spacious with seating area to relax and unwind with classic country house décor yet include modern features. All feature sizeable bathrooms with separate showers with rain bars and either a roll top or spa bath. Located in fishing wing and stable area, they are all unique.

4 Poster Suite

Enormous open plan rooms with classic design. All have a stunning handcarved 4-poster bed, seating and dining area. The bathrooms are all spectacular with a number of spa or roll top baths featuring. No two rooms are the same. All located in the fishing wing and stable area. Just perfect for that romantic getaway.

Family Suite

Located in the fishing wing, our Family Junior suites are vast open plan rooms with not one, but two queen size double beds! Offering great flexibility for families with a seating area and large desk – perfect for playing that board game. Each room is different, decorated in a traditional style with large bathrooms featuring rain bar showers and either roll top or spa bath.
