As you walk through the doors you will be greeted with floor to celing windows offering a spectacular view of the lake and fields to the distance. The perfect location to watch the swans swimming and the cheeky otters pop their heads up now and then.

The modern single story structure comprises of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with all modern essentials such as flat screen TV. The fully equipped open plan kitchen provides everything you would expect from a property of such a high standard. Including oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area seats up to four guests is adjacent to the kitchen and living area. The living area with its large L shaped reclining sofa has a large flat screen smart TV hung to the wall and a fully working log burner. A starter pack of logs will be provided and additional logs can be purchased. A side door take you out onto the large timber balcony which hugs the front and side of the property. 

The front bedroom which sleeps two in a kingsize bed has floor to ceiling windows so you can awake and look out onto the view of the lake. It has its own ensuite with a large shower, toilet and wash basin. The second bedroom also sleeps two guests in a kingsize bed and has its own ensuite with large shower, toilet and wash basin. Lie back and watch the stars from your bed through the ceiling window, the views never looked so good.
