A £200 security deposit is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival, please pay by BAC's directly to the owner. This will be refunded with 7 days of departure by bank tranfer. Please ensure bank details are left on departure. A £135 charge for the use of the hot tub is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £75 winter fuel charge between October and April, this is payable directly to the owner.
