It is located within the stunning grounds of Aubourn Hall which is an historic Grade I Listed building, dating to 1628. Barn house enjoys open plan living space with beams and rustic features including a central log burner and garden and countryside views from the large arched window and French doors. These doors lead from the living area to a terrace area and enclosed cottage garden which opens out to access for country walks, or exploration of the 12-acre gardens and grounds of Aubourn Hall itself. The bedrooms are split over the ground and first floor level.
The property has two parking spaces directly outside and benefits from a sun terrace which overlooks the courtyard at the front of the property.
