It is the perfect location for a family get together to remember, with your own private paddock to enjoy with glorious views across the owner’s horse farm.
Bunny Meadows has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated throughout with soft furnishings. No expense has been spared on the comfortable beds and of course those little touches which will make your holiday extra special, including the huge farmhouse kitchen with Range cooker. For alfresco dining a barbecue can be found on the patio, or stretch your legs around your private paddock and enjoy the freedom which it offers.
Not too near but not too far, Bunny Meadows is surrounded by a wealth of historic attractions and you will be centrally located for Pembrokeshire and the whole of south Wales. The Gower has lots to offer and many tourist attractions are only a short drive away. Locally the towns of Carmarthen and St Clears are only a 6 minute drive. The village shop, pub and restaurant are only 1½ miles….no hustle and bustle of busy tourist towns here!
Take a trip to Llanstephan and enjoy afternoon tea in the mansion house or walk on the sandy beach and then visit the castle. Only 15 minutes away is Laugharne, home of Dylan Thomas, again with a beautiful sandy beach and castle with a tearoom. There is also Pembrey Country Park or Heatherton and Oakwood theme parks to visit or for younger guests (and parents!) visit Folly Farm with lambs, all things fluffy and even tigers and giraffes. A short drive away is Skanda Vale a multi faith ashram which welcomes 90,000 pilgrims a year for those who need a peaceful retreat to stay whilst visiting the temples. These four holiday properties are situated on the edge of the owners’ livery yard, which houses ponies and horses. The Old Stables (ref UKC3371) has been restored to retain its period charm, and features include beams and exposed flint and brick, whilst hosting a contemporary finish and very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen leads out to the enclosed lawn garden with steps to hot tub. Guests can relax and unwind on the large comfy sofa, or enjoy time sat out on the patio. Maybe even a tranquil night under the stars relaxing in the hot tub, whatever takes your fancy, The Old Stables caters for everybody.
The Cart Shed (ref UK10576) is a wonderful, semi-detached barn conversion, also with its own hot tub, and has uninterrupted, picturesque Norfolk countryside views. It has contemporary, first floor open plan living and has a raised decked area outside which offers the opportunity for simply relaxing or dining al fresco whilst enjoying the views across the fields with its visiting wildlife. The hot tub is tucked underneath the decking and screened to retain its privacy, but still benefits from countryside views.
The Tack Room (ref UK31753) has been newly converted during 2021, beautifully fusing traditional and contemporary design to offer a very comfortable holiday home. Guests can relax and unwind on the large comfy sofa, or enjoy time sitting out on the patio, maybe even enjoying a tranquil evening under the stars relaxing in the hot tub.
Jupiter Barn ref UK31757) is semi-detached and has been cleverly restored with charm and hosts a contemporary finish and very comfortable furnishings. The open plan accommodation leads out to the enclosed lawn garden with private hot tub.
These properties provide excellent walking direct from the doorstep, and miles of footpaths and trails to explore, including local woods. It is situated in an ideal location to explore the excellent sandy beach of the North Norfolk Coast and the Norfolk Broads, which are both within a 30-minute drive. Cromer and Sheringham, also have glorious sandy beaches and are host to many attractions, perfect for everyone. Cromer boasts a pier, with a carnival week which is held in August and, weather permitting, a spectacular New Year’s Day celebration, complete with fireworks.
Places of historical interest and stately homes can be found within easy driving distance, and Blickling Hall boast open air concerts during the summer season. Perfect for entertaining the younger generations, these properties are also close to Banham Zoo, Wroxham Barns craft centre and play park, Dinosaur Adventure Park at Lenwade and BeWILDerwood at Horning. Ranscombe House was built at the end of the 19th century and has amazing views overlooking Brixham’s outer harbour, marina and across to Torbay. This semi-detached residence is an excellent choice for your stay in South Devon. This eight bedroom former guest house is set in its own grounds with car parking for twelve cars and a lawned garden in which to relax in peace and tranquillity and there is a barbecue for your enjoyment. This spacious holiday home has been decorated and furnished to a good standard offering a fabulous house for friends to get together, celebrations and large family holidays. Nearby Breakwater Beach is well worth a visit. Visit Brixham and experience one of the treasures of the English Riviera, South Devon’s beautiful bay and its myriad of attractions. For things to do for families, Torquay is a hive of activity throughout the year. There are many beaches to choose from as well as Kent’s Cavern to explore or Living Coasts to visit where you can walk with penguins. There are also plenty of sightseeing excursions, boat and fishing trips out into the bay, or take a boat trip to Torquay and Dartmouth for a day out. Paignton is most famous for its wonderful zoo, whilst Babbacombe plays host to a world in miniature in the form of its acclaimed model village. Churchtown Cottage is a charming Cornish retreat situated in the picturesque village of Cubert, dominated by a beautiful 14th-century church and conveniently located just 4¾ miles from Newquay. Given the cottage’s age, be mindful of the low ceiling upon entering the property and the low ceiling when descending the stairs—while the rest of the property poses no issue. The owner has thoughtfully renovated the cottage, preserving original features such as exposed stone walls, authentic slate flooring, and a fireplace with a wood burner.

The Coach House and Coachman’s Cottage are two stunning luxury properties located on a private estate in Sandwich Bay, Kent. The normal admission charge for visitors will be waived for all guests staying here, so you can enjoy the rural beach for as long as you wish. Surrounded by beautiful countryside these properties are adjacent to the owner’s home, on a working farm, which makes them a perfect countryside retreat. Next door is the Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory which can be used to spot many species of birds throughout the year. A very pleasant first floor apartment a 5-minute walk from the popular golden sands of Beadnell Bay. Delightful distant sea views from Castle view and good views towards Dunstanburgh Castle.
The property offers two spacious bedrooms, master a double with an additional single. The second bedroom perfect for the kids with a bunk bed (standard 3ft). The lounge is open plan with the kitchen which makes a great social room for the family to get together and play some good old board games whilst dinner is cooking! A gentle stroll from Castle View brings you to the golden sands of Beadnell Bay.
