With countryside views, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, the 5 beautiful bedrooms sit on the first floor. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath and shower room. The farmhouse garden is laid to lawn with mature trees, shrub gardens and a quaint original ty bach. There is a large patio with far-reaching views of rolling hills and meadows. Sitting approximately half a mile away too the Ceredigion Coastal Path which can be accessed by a minor lane & footpath. Llangrannog is the closest beach that has facilities (toilets, pubs/cafes, shower and seasonal lifeguards), approximately 1 mile away. Penbryn beach, approximately 2 miles away, is a long sandy beach which is lovely for walking. The nearest beach to Morfa Ganol Farmhouse (less than one mile on foot) is the very secluded and pretty beach of Traeth Bach. Access to this beach is a very steep scramble down from the coast.

Set between the fabulous sandy beaches of Aberporth and Mwnt with both being within a 5-minute drive which makes this a brilliant location to enjoy dolphin and bird-spotting from the coastal path, which is easily accessible by following the footpath just outside our farmyard. Sit back and relax in the beautiful grounds, with 7 acres of meadows to enjoy a stroll, whilst taking in these magnificent sea views.
The former barns and lodge have been sympathetically restored to retain all of their original charm and character. Welcoming touches have been added, including blazing wood burners for those cosy nights in and open plan living spaces for socialising; each property has been furnished to a very good standard and offers the perfect night’s sleep for guests.
A trip to Cardigan is a must, try the bustling local farmers market and visit the restored Cardigan Castle with over 900 years of history waiting to be explored. The Welsh Wildlife Centre is located in the nearby small village of Cilgerran and is one of the best wetland reserves in Wales. Perhaps take a short drive to Cenarth Falls, where if your lucky enough, you may see the salmon leaping up through the falls travelling upstream. The colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is nearby and is worth a visit, as is the National Trust property of Llanerchaeron. Visit the coastal towns of Aberystwyth or Cardigan, both an easy drive away, or venture inland to the market towns of Lampeter, Tregaron or Newcastle Emlyn.

Lovers of nature will appreciate the abundance of walking and cycling available whether locally, coastal or mountain. This region inspired Dylan Thomas to write some of his finest poetry. It is framed by the Cambrian Mountains, the backbone of Wales, rich in wildlife, legends and intriguing landscapes. Ceredigion is the home to two World Dark Skies areas . Rhandir Hen contains guide books, maps and multiple guides to everything the area has to offer.

The living area has a Smart TV and feature wood burner as well as bi-folding doors leading the garden area with its hot tub. There is a handy utility room which has been designed for guests who enjoy the outdoors, and which also contains a sink for washing outdoor kit. The beautiful harbour village of New Quay is only 7 miles away, where you can enjoy not only the beach and boat trips, but also an array of shops and eateries, or you can just sample an ice cream. Why not have a seat on the harbour wall and watch out for the bottlenose dolphins which are regular visitors to this area; you can also take a boat trip out for a closer look at the dolphins and wide array of sea life.

Within a short drive you can explore the unspoilt beaches and coves such as Penbryn, Cei Bach and Cwmtydu, once a haven for smugglers, where in late summer, you may see Atlantic grey seals with their pups. The colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is a 20-minute drive and offers an abundance of shops, restaurants and cafés, and a delightful level walk, suitable for bikes and pushchairs, to the National Trust property of Llanerchaeron, an 18th-century Welsh gentry estate. For those visitors who enjoy outdoor pursuits there is a canoeing centre and fishing available in Llandysul. Fly and coarse fishing, as well as golfing, are available in Lampeter. Also within reasonable driving distance are the interesting towns of Carmarthen, Cardigan and Aberystwyth. Beach 7 miles.
