    Standing peacefully at the edge of the village of Rillington, this 18th-century former barn has been skillfully converted into two holiday properties, each retaining many original features. They are heated with renewable energy and enjoy underfloor heating throughout. Local attractions include Flamingo Land, Eden Camp and Scampston Hall. On the coast lie the towns of Scarborough and Whitby. York, with magnificent minster and cobbled streets is a 30-minute drive. Shop and pub 300 yards.
