The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There’s also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. As well as a selection of board games, there is a games room with a 3-in-1 game table including pool, table tennis, and air hockey. If you are bringing bikes, paddle boards, or kayaks on holiday, then the games room is the perfect place to store them.
With its shallow waters revealing a vast swathe of sand at low tide, Middleton-on-Sea has long been established as one of the prominent beach destinations on the south coast. This low-key seaside village offers an array of shops pubs and takeaways, including a very good fish and chip shop. Nearby Bognor Regis offers a great day out with large expanses of sand at low tide and the 3-mile-long promenade, which stretches from, Felpham to Aldwick. Butlins Resort is less than 15-minute drive away. Take a trip to Chichester where you can visit the city’s 12th-century cathedral, an area that is steeped in history. Visit Arundel with its historic castle and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Fontwell Park Racecourse and, of course, not forgetting the spectacular Goodwood Estate, home to the world-famous Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and Goodwood Festival. Take a break from sunbathing and swimming and head up to the glorious South Downs for a gentle stroll or a bike ride.
