As you head inside, you will instantly be impressed by the ornate granite staircase in the entrance area. The large living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and two sets of bi-fold doors opening out onto a decked terrace with a glass balustrade. For added warmth during the winter, there is an inset Stovax wood burner which uses the latest high-efficiency, clean burn combustion technology. The kitchen with its beautiful granite worktops is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal and there’s also a handy utility room next door. Double doors from the kitchen and dining room open out into the pretty courtyard garden which is the perfect sheltered spot for enjoying your morning coffee. The ground floor is completed with a double bedroom, downstairs toilet, and a playroom for the children to enjoy. Head upstairs to discover the remaining four bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom showcases an en-suite bathroom and a large private balcony of its own with magnificent views. Two of the other bedrooms each have an en-suite toilet with a wash basin and then there is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Exmouth is the place for water sports, and nearby Crealy Park is a great day out for the family. Exeter is a short train ride along the estuary with cathedral and shops, or you can take a trip to Dartmoor, where you will find heather-clad tors and Dartmoor ponies. Take a ferry to Starcross and stroll to Powderham Castle. Stop off at Beer, with caves and a beach; visit Branscombe and Sidmouth with shopping and promenade; or visit Seaton, where you can take a tram ride through the countryside. Close by, there are afternoon river cruises on the Exe Estuary with views of Starcross, Powderham Castle, Topsham, Lympstone and the wildlife, or take a visit to ‘World of Country Life’. Sidmouth’s 18-hole golf course is close by. There are also many National Trust properties close by. Try to get a visit to A la Ronde. Beach just over 1 mile. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
