It has two double bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared bathroom, and two more bedrooms upstairs, both twin rooms, as well as the second bathroom. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to bringing everyone together, since the property has a spacious living room, a large kitchen, a beautiful sun room, which spans the entire width of the property. The sun room doubles up as a dining area and also has soft relaxing chairs, making it the perfect spot in which to sit back and reflect as you gaze into the beautiful garden. Heading outside you can enjoy the large enclosed garden, with coastal views and your very own hot tub. Come nightfall, the living room is the ideal place for you to to snuggle down in front of the warming wood burner.

The grounds of the Roudson Estate are made up of woodlands, pastureland and glorious countryside. The estate even benefits from, for the more adventurous, its own private beach which is situated approximately 2 miles away, as well as the coastal path towards Lyme Regis or Seaton for the more adventurous. There are walkways around the estate - you can take a relaxing stroll, enjoy dog walks, or the quiet lanes are ideal for cycling. Being only a short distance from the Jurassic Coast, there is no shortage of stunning scenery. Take a trip to the charming cobbled streets of Lyme Regis, 4 miles, with its beach, where you can wander through the galleries and visit the historic Cobb, before testing out one of the many cafés and eateries. Also nearby is the seaside village of Beer and the towns of Seaton and Sidmouth - or why not explore one of the numerous National Trust properties that are easily accessible by car? Children will love exploring the numerous beaches along this coast, or having fun at the many attractions on offer, including Pecorama, Seaton Jurassic Experience and Trams, Dinosaurland Fossil Museum or Crealy Adventure Park, which all make for great days out. The Coastal Activity Park at Boscombe Beach offers over twenty activities on the sea and sand, so there is always plenty to do for any type of party group and for all ages There are the traditional bucket-and-spade and deck-chair delights as Bournemouth Bay offers over 7 miles of golden sands. A trip on the Land Train from Boscombe to Bournemouth Pier is a must, as there is some wonderful cliff to views and plenty of choice to enjoy stop-offs in the tea rooms, ice cream parlour’s, cafés, traditional pubs and fish restaurants. Then, of course, there is the famous Bournemouth night life, with streets full of restaurants, wine bars, cocktail bars, themed pubs and some amazing night clubs, so you can feast and party through the night! These properties are ideal for couples or families, offering couple, spacious accommodation and private outdoor spaces with hot tubs. There is also a shared games room with table football, table tennis and magnetic darts, and for guests who would like to bring their horse, stabling can be arranged by prior arrangement with the owner.

Many thoughtful and personal touches have been added, such as books, family games and a record player with a large selection of vinyl records. All of the rooms have a sumptuous feel, with careful co-ordination, very high levels of comfort and design. The bedrooms are all themed with feature wallcovering to one wall, using beautiful interior design. The properties lie on the National Cycle Network, and this area is known for its scenic walks and wildlife. There is a direct gravel track along the Castleman Trailway (the old railway line) to miles of woodland walks making this ideal for walkers and cyclists. Cranborne Chase and the Jurassic coastline (Purbecks, Swanage and Wareham) are within easy reach, the latter being a nationally protected Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers extensive scenic walks and a wealth of wildlife. Wimborne is a market town with a historic town trail taking in the buildings ranging from the 15th to 17th centuries. Here you will also find the popular Tivoli theatre, model town, coffee houses, shops, market and restaurants. The sandy beaches at Bournemouth and Poole are just 10 miles away and Sandbanks, Studland Bay and the Poole Natural Reserve are within easy reach. The Wessex Ridgeway Trail nearby is a magnificent ridge-top route crossing Dorset’s rural heartland and is suitable for walking and cycling. The local pub is a 5-minute walk from Foxglove, which is open Thursday until Sunday lunchtime. There are also a variety of excellent pubs within a short drive of the property. There are many places to visit nearby in Blandford, there is the Royal Signals Museum, The Blandford Fashion Museum and a brewery which offers tours, as well as local shops, cafés and restaurants. There is a variety of National Trust sites within easy reach, including Kingston Lacy House, Badbury Rings, Hod Hill, Hardy’s Cottage and the Cerne Abbas Giant. You can explore the New Forest National Park with its free roaming ponies and visit Cranborne Chase with its diverse landscape.
You can head towards the coast to visit the scenic Jurassic Coast and spend the day wandering the cliffs along Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. The coast is a 35-minute drive. The whole family can enjoy a day at the Dorset Heavy Horse Farm, where you take have a horse drawn carriage ride, feed the farm animals or ride the ponies. Further afield, you can explore Shaftesbury, Poole, Bournemouth, Weymouth and Dorchester. The beach is just 100 or so yards walk away and this area of Southbourne is quieter than the beaches towards Boscombe and Bournemouth. It is a sandy beach with fantastic views across the ocean and toward the Isle of Wight and The Purbecks. Also within walking distance is Southbourne high street which has a selection of convenience stores, independent restaurants, shops and pubs, including is a wide variety of takeaways and cafés as well.

There are numerous places you can visit nearby including Hengistbury Head which is an area of Scientific Interest due to the abundance of wildlife. Christchurch with its , independent shops, beautiful harbour and wide range of independant shops and eateries is well worth a visit. Bournemouth is also within easy reach with high street of shops, frequent events, cinema, theatre and of course its golden sandy beaches The New Forest with its free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys. It is an excellent place to go walking and cycling and is just a short drive away.

Church House Cottage is perfect for up to four guests with a generous open-plan living space on the ground floor and a wonderful large garden surrounded by a wall.
