The Manor Coach House is enticing, spacious and charming. It has been lovingly restored by the owners to create a contemporary, upside down cottage with luxury furniture and fittings. The two kingsize bedrooms both have large stunning en-suite bathrooms, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor open plan living space where you will find a karaoke machine, record player with a selection of records, and a selection of board games. Leading out from the living space is a lovely teak balcony overlooking the large 1 acre garden where you will find an elegant walled terrace and garden furniture. Have some fun and enjoy a dip in the heated pool followed by a game of table tennis outside. Relax as the sun goes down and light up the barbecue for an enjoyable evening meal in this delightful sun trap. The hot tub with a waterfall feature overlooks the enclosed garden with a sheltered walled terrace, brick built gas barbecue, additional Weber coal barbecue (coals supplied) and a wood-fired pizza oven.
This elevated property sits high above the Stour Valley and has the benefits of being just a short drive to the historic city of Canterbury, as well as being surrounded by the picturesque Kent countryside, footpaths, cycle routes and a unique complex of lakes where day anglers can spend a happy day fishing. Just 20 minutes away you can be in Whitstable where you’ll find some wonderful award-winning beaches. Enjoy some wonderful local walks along The River Stour and stop off at the local farm shop in Chilham for some tasty treats. And don’t forget your dog! It also features a real wood burner which helps create a relaxing space to enjoy after a long day of exploring. Leading into the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything required to rustle up a meal for family or friends, which can be enjoyed on the perfectly situated table and chairs in the middle of the open plan room. The country style kitchen oozes warmth and creates a homely atmosphere. Take the stairs to reveal two immaculately presented bedrooms on the first floor; one with a kingsize bed which can be split into two singles, and a double room both with plenty of storage space. The family bathroom can also be found on the first floor which boasts a shower, toilet and basin. There is a second toilet and basin downstairs. The rear doors lead out onto the patio, which then takes you to the stunning garden with a small pond. Together with the outside furniture and the charcoal barbeque (charcoal not supplied) this is a gorgeous space to dine al fresco and to enjoy the countryside sun. There is also a summer house complete with kids’ games table and dart board.
Village shop (opens 7 days per week till 7.30pm), pub, park with outdoor gym equipment and kids play area, church. Bus stop with buses to Tenterden (3 miles) and Rye (5 miles). Beach at Camber Sands 8 miles.

Brindleshaw Barn is a beautiful purpose build property and is situated within the owner’s land in Harvel, Near Meopham, Kent and has been completed to a very high standard throughout, offering guests a lovely peaceful place to stay.
Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the North Downs, it is ideal for walkers, cyclist, visiting local National Trust properties namely Cobham Mausoleum and Owletts. The local village of Cobham is a 10 minutes’ drive where Charles Dickens wrote about The Leather Bottle Inn in Pickwick Papers. The pub serves food and houses a collection of Dickensian memorabilia.
The Harvel local riding stables (White Horse Farm) offers horses for hacks, carriage rides and schoolmaster riding lessons. If you enjoy running there are organised Sunday Runs in Shorne Country Park. Cyclopark is a multi-sport open-air centre for all abilities, including a skatepark and children’s playground and is a 10 minutes’ drive. Nearby are Country Parks to visit.

There are many fine eating places in the nearby villages of Meopham, Trosley, Luddesdown, Stansted and Cobham. Takeaway food may be ordered and delivered by nearby Pizza, Indian and Chinese Local shops and supermarkets nearby.
We are within a 15-minute drive to Bluewater Mall, a leisure shopping centre with restaurants, cinemas, and outdoor activities.
Meopham Station takes you into London Victoria in less than 45 minutes. Ebbsfleet International Station is a 15 minutes’ drive with train journeys into London St Pancras, 17 minutes. Or if you wish to visit the seaside, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Margate, and Ramsgate are easily accessible by car or train. M25/M20 motorways are close by.

Beautiful country cottage set on its own in a perfect village location of Hernhill just 6 miles in each direction to Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury only 10 -15 minutes’ drive away. This cosy cottage has beautiful and comfortable country styling and countryside views, on the edge of a pretty village with no immediate neighbours. When the owners are not away they live next door which is completely separate. You will completely have the main cottage entirely to yourselves with private access to the gardens which are for your use only. There is great outdoor seating areas for both dining and relaxing. The location is great as it is in the countryside, but have great access to the seaside being only 6 miles in each direction to the beautiful seaside town of Whitstable, the city of Canterbury and the lovely market town of Faversham.
